We have bought and sold many properties over the years and I can safely say that this is the best estate agent we have ever used. Brad was brilliant from start to finish. Truly knowledgeable and professional. He got the right price from the right buyer, whilst keeping us informed at all times, and we couldn't be happier with the excellent service he provided. P.S. Ignore the review from Najib Rahmani. He's talking about the sale of our house! Najib's timeline of events is inaccurate. His offer seemed unreliable, so we chose a better buyer (and we're so glad we did).

I would highly recommend Brad and the team at Smith Melzack. Without his personal efforts in doggedly pushing my solicitors after weeks of inaction, I dont think the purchase would ever have gone through. Great guys to have on your side.

We were introduced to the Smith Melzack via a property viewing on Zoopla. The Wembley office was very helpful and respond to our queries very quickly. Our offer for that property was not accepted but we were lucky to meet Brad Broch, a very knowledgeable sales person who helped us to buy our dream property after he heard our requirements. It did not take him more than a week to manage another viewing for us! Brad was also helping us knowing the area better and speed up the whole process. Less than 3 month, we got the house which we could not believe we can buy it in this market. Thank you!
