I was looked after by this terrible care agency and my experience has been awful. The carers are not qualified to carry out this responsible job and does not know to speak English. Me and my family had very bad and careless experience with the carer and agency, both carers and care agencys manager are rude and irresponsible.
Please do your due diligence first before having to use this agency.
