Staffs are helpful and friendly there. But the Google map makes a big mistake of its entrance. It located between the Uxbridge Road and the Church Road with a sign of JobCentre by the pathway. Hope it helps ;)

Walked in and straight away problems. No willingness to hear you or your issue. Asked to present a load of paperwork as they apparently retain no documents you sent previously, so is a constant print exercise. Very environmental conscious! Staff are very stiff and have no flexibility. They provide you with the wrong information just to send you on your way only to find out later it was wrong. Hope this job centre shuts down or has staff retrained. Awful plain and simple.

Complete waste of bloody space, I have been told now that I would get a phone call three times, I havent had any!!! So I am getting really frustrated now, as this is affecting my Universal Credit payments. I am registered blind so I have to rely on people to help with going online to do this!!!! Which makes it even worse for me. I have agoraphobia which makes it worse, so I have to keep ringing them to tell them that I dont like going out side. So what else am I meant to do!!!!
