        They have a very poor customer service. Never pick up the phone. I was calling them from 1.5 hrs. And decided to go in the surgery to see what is happening and saw my phone was ringing in the background and 3 people behind the reception, no one was bothered to pick the phone. When I confronted the fact of me on the phone for so long and they ignoring the call the lady got rude and said if you want to file a complaint write a letter and absolutely gave me zero customer service regarding my appointment.
