Forty Willows Surgery

I had an appointment with doctor Prakash Chatlani , he was extremely rude and impolite to me. He accused me of lying about my issue and for that reason I ignored his advice and I now feel anxious to book another appointment with the surgery. I do not recommend this doctor.

I am very happy with this last appointment a telephone appt. Doctor called and prescribed the right medication. The receptionist who booked appt.was excellent efficient and polite.I am grateful for this Gp Practice..

Useless surgery everyday new rotation of new doctors my mum was told to go to asda pharmacy to collect medication we was told prescriptions was sent directly to Asda by the doctor . We waited for 2 hrs at the pharmacy and was told the doctor at forty Willows had failed to send over her prescription therefore she couldnt have her medication . My mum then proceeded to call back the surgery to enquire why her medication hadnt been sent as she was still waiting at the pharmacy to collect it , only for her to be told by the receptionist that the doctor had left and gone home do she cannot have her prescription that day . This is complete negligence!

I have always been able to get an appointment when I needed. The staff are very helpful and professional. I have witnessed the abused they have suffered from patients and have kept calm. I hear patient from other surgeries not being able to get an appointment when they really need one. This surgery has always offered me an appointment when I needed one. I have even managed to get an appointment and see a GP within 5 hours of contacting them. Their GP Registrar Abdurahman Bareh is just an amazing doctor. He gave first class medical care to my daughter. He is just marvelous at his job! The reception team is fantastic especially Amira Kajooli who offered me same day appointment when I needed it the most. She is an asset to the surgery. She is friendly, professional and compassionate. I feel very lucky as a patient to have a surgery team like that looking after me. Thank you very much everyone for the care you have given me and my family so far and I hope the government will start to appreciate your hardwork and improve your working condition and funding.

Doctor took the time to explain next steps. Excellent service. I cannot find any fault with the surgery; totally satisfied with all the staff and care given.
