Ridiculous service. The arrangements for my brother's ashes were delayed for almost two years due to covid which is largely our fault. However, once the arrangements were made, coop took several months to actually do anything. When the time eventually came to repatriate my brother's ashes and they screwed up the pricing. They contacted me three months after the fact chasing me for more money. They screwed up. Would not recommend for their sheer incompetence. Edit to owner response: I already have been in touch, but they were equally useless.

Funeral Director did no preparations for my mums funeral. They got lost on the way to the house (we live in Hayes), they got lost on the way to the church in the funeral procession (we went past our house twice en route to the church in Hayes), we were then late for church so didn't have time to speak to anyone or even give out most of the Order of Services booklets. We were told that we didn't need to worry about a grave marker (so we assumed this was included in the package) but guess what? My mum now has no grave marker like she's someone that has no loved ones. I have had to chase up EVERY SINGLE item before and after the funeral, we were not walked through the service AT ALL. They have ruined a day that should have been a lovely remembrance of my lovely mother into a day full of rushing and stress. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU WANT A STRESS FREE OR WELL ORGANISED FUNERAL.

So unhelpful not wanting to take the time to talk through the funeral process just said they would email me a price list, we build our own funeral plan and just let them know what we want. Still waiting for the email. No empathy or reassurance which is what is needed when making plans for a loved ones final journey
