Sigma Dry Cleaners Harrow

I took a woman's trouser suit (jacket and trousers) in to be dry cleaned along with two women's waist length jackets (both polyester and cotton). When I left the shop I saw the ticket had 12 for trouser suit (I.e. jacket AND trousers) and I was due to be charged 15 each for the jackets which had been rung up as coats. When I queried it at time of collection,stating that obviously a mistake had been made as I hadn't taken any coats in for dry cleaning, I was told the 2 jackets each cost more than the jacket and trousers together as they were wool which was absolute nonsense. The man in the shop begrudgingly gave me a discount (clearly knowing he had been trying it on) but I was obviously, even then, over charged. My custom has been lost. I will definitely not be returning. Be warned.

Bad experience I do not recommend at all. I brought 3 Karen Millen dresses and a coat. I asked for the coat and 2 of the dresses to be dry cleaned. I also asked for a new dress which I just bought to be made shorter. I was quoted 12 to take 4 inches off the dress, 15 to dry clean the coat and 17 to dry clean the 2 other dresses. This was printed on a my receipt and l left. Later I received a call from Sigma saying the tailor wanted 17 to shorten the dress instead of the 12 I was previously told. I said not to bother shortening the dress and that I would collect it on Tuesday. I returned on Friday to collect my items, they were stuffed in a bag on the floor and none of the items had been dry cleaned despite them having agreed to dry clean 3 of the items. They decided to leave everything, do nothing and stuff my coat, expensive dresses including my brand new dress into a bag and leave it on the floor for collection. Not sure why they did this, was it because I wouldn't agree to the additional 5 the called me about the shorten the dress? To be honest I'm shocked and have never seen anything like this in my life. To top of off the guy wasn't really apologetic or friendly. It was my first time using this place and although I live locally, i will certainly be taking my money elsewhere. There's nothing I can do about the fact they wasted my time and the fact I now can't wear the coat I wanted to wear for my Christmas Party because they never bothered cleaning it despite having it for almost a week. As a dissatisfied customer whose time has been wasted and who has received a terrible service all I can do is leave a review to warn others what they may face. I won't be going back there ever again.
