Poor form. Think because they have a lot of customers, the care and effort was just not there. Watched them do the inside and out, pointing out things they missed or didnt do and even by the end when I was driving away, I noticed a ridiculous amount of dirt and just poor cleaning. The worst thing is this is after hounding and watching them. Think going elsewhere would do a whole lot of good. You save money and actually get the job done properly. Fix up lads, think my nan could have done a better job than the 4 of you that did.

They did clean the car, they did a better job than colindale have been doing recently, however with both places I have to point out to them don't use the dirty rags used on door frames for the insides this is bad. Wembley did give a complimentary air freshener and they are open to suggestions.

For 25 would have expected a cleaner car !!
