        Excellent customer service - I visited for a gel shape and polish last week and unfortunately they started chipping the next day, which was unusual as Ive been twice before and the quality was good. I sent an email and they were immediately offering to redo them for free. Very happy with the quality now, thank you 2026 for taking customer satisfaction so seriously! Service: Manicure
