Gorse Motors Ltd - Thetford

Ive used this garage 2-3 times now, after being recommended by a friend. Mike/Micheal fixed something with regards to my suspension, on my vehicle. Love this company, Can be abit tricky sometimes to book an appointment as they get busy real quick. Just means their really good at what they do I still like this company would always go back to them

This is the only motor repair business I will ever use. Mots, Servicing, major repairs, minor bits of assistance even. They have always looked after me very well and I trust them completely. They lend me a courtesy car if I want to go home and pick my vehicle up later or another day. Their charging is very reasonable and their advice honest. They look after my motorhome and having recommended them to friends with motorhomes, they are now regulars there too. They also look after my diesel estate car.

Whilst working near Thetford I desperately needed my aircon re-gassing as it wasn't working in the heat last week. Rang on Friday morning not really expecting to get an appointment but I was asked if I wanted to bring the car in whenever I was ready, they'd be able to do it. Took it in within the hour, and about one hour later I was driving to work in a beautifully cool car interior. The guys at Gorse are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They also have free tea and coffee [which is good stuff too!]. Just a shame they are about 180 miles from my base up in the dark, grim north, as they would be my garage of choice! Just took my car in to change its cambelts which were, rather overdue a change. Very helpful and friendly garage and ended up charging me.less than quoted. I will definitely use this garage again. 2009 Focus 1.8 diesel.
