Steve was very polite and professional during a home visit to remove viruses and restore our laptops to full working order. He took time to listen to what my wife and I felt were the problems we were experiencing on our equipment before identifying them and taking us through the actions he made to correct them. Whilst doing this he gave unprompted advice and guidance on related issues which we may come across in the future. I fully recommend this company to anyone having problems with their computer equipment.

My PSU suddenly stopped working one day, though there was a few issues that were also mentioned I was told what I needed to do, and walked through what I also needed to do to fix my microphone issues All in all 10/10 Great Service with a great person behind it
