We have just had an extension and out houses incorporated into the house by I Lennox Property Services, we are 110% happy with the result, Ian and his crew completed the work to a very high standard and their attention to detail is second to none! Ian has a natural flare in suggesting and doing small things that make the end result even better. Nothing is to much trouble. At the end of the day the worksite is always left clean and tidy, which to me is good working practise and is an old school value I have no hesitation in recommending their services to do any job, large or small to a very high standard. Ian and Dan did a great job with our extension when they were onsite they kept the area cleaned, worked hard, were polite and approachable and put in extra hours where they felt it was necessary. However, their aftercare isn't great. A year on our daughter still has no bedroom door (custom build required), their mistake over our opening window lights which I thought was being sorted still hasn't been, we have been left to caulk around a door frame and had to pay extra for new doors as the ones we ordered and paid for (on their measurements) were incorrect, cannot be returned and are still sat in our home. I cannot get an answer to my texts, fb messages or emails. Brilliant workmen as long as they finish everything before you pay the final instalment!
