Great day out. Plenty of wildlife to see. Very enjoyable watching the otters being fed too.

Slap bang in the middle of London (well Southwest really) a chunk countryside full of birdsong and waterfowl. What's not to like? It's a well organised low key establishment with information readily available. Enjoy this . Note, you may not notice this - the car park is free if you at entering the Wetland Centre, all you need to do is provide your car registration number.

We had a beautiful day enjoying the nature here. Still I knock out one star because we were expecting a simple nature reserve but a lot of it was reminiscent of a commercial zoo, which we would have avoided: - expensive entrance fee (17 per adult) and restaurant - have to go through the shop to exit - lot of non-resident species in enclosures
