        Incredible salon. I've been to a lot of salons but Kate Anderson Spa is the best! The setting/the rooms and the quality of products is great & Dianne is just fantastic. So skilled, so friendly and a perfectionist. I travel all the way from Cornwall just to visit this Spa! THANK YOU X

        Made a point about needing to be 12 weeks pregnant before qualifying for a pregnancy massage and needing to book with a qualified member of staff. I turn up (having waited a few weeks on recommendation) to find that the masseuse isn't even aware I am pregnant, doesn't do pregnancy massages, and then proceeded to ask if I was able to lie on my stomach! They tried to switch my appointment to a different masseuse, then eventually informed me I would actually have to reschedule. Needless to say, will not be rebooking here. Just shocked! This is not a place of relaxation, it's a shambles. Left very upset after organising childcare!
