        Absolutely agree with Annie and Mateens comments below..... very little flexibility offered with gift ordering either if discontinued or using money pledged for experiences for something else )I.E new items. Despite various visits to the shop and calls prior to the wedding, it was NEVER made clear that you couldnt add items after the wedding date had passed even given the circumstances of this year. I was flatly told by customer service well thats how we make our money so you have to choose something on the Wedding Shop inventory which by the way hardly gets updated with new and interesting items. Extremely, extremely, extremely disappointing and would not recommend - better off getting John Lewis or Selfridges vouchers people!!
