We recently bought a property in Barnes through James Anderson and were delighted with the service we received. Graham patiently arranged a range of viewings, having taken the time to understand our requirements, before focusing on taking our favoured option to completion. We found him very straightforward to deal with, and always accessible - he was responsive and helpful in pushing the process along after our offer had been accepted, which is often not the case with estate agents. I have nothing but praise for JA and particularly to Fatima who supported us through purchasing our house on White Hart Lane. She managed the process with such professionalism that the sale went through so easily and we negotiated a really great deal (that our seller was happy with). There are always follow-up bits and pieces such as issues from a report, or negotiating the price, asking about current state of items in the house, or finalising exchange dates, which can be a cause of upset (I know bc the agents who sold our house were so unpleasant and kept threatening our sale and had an acutely unprofessional attitude), and Fatima demonstrated how a calm, professional and kind attitude is all you need and for that, she has very happy customers and I know our seller of our house is delighted with JA too and the outcome. Buying and selling can be an emotional business and I wouldn't go to anyone else.

We recently bought a new home through JA, Fatima was lovely to deal with, efficient and very responsive. Great at negotiating with the buyers and we had many viewings that she was so happy to accommodate. It has been a very quick and smooth process and I know its thanks to her!
