My wife and I used William Hoddinott and David Ali when letting our home in Barnes. Our circumstances were unusual and challenging in that we were coming from the States. Will was helpful and accommodating as we rented our place sight unseen and based on a video of the flat that Will created for us. Will held our hand throughout the rental and approval process. As this was a process we were not familiar with, Will was patient and responsive as we negotiated the contract. Based on Wills guidance we secured our flat and were thrilled to have rented such an outstanding property in a competitive market. David Ali has gone above and beyond when it comes to assisting us with issues. We are not familiar with the way many appliances, doors, boilers, etc. work and David has come to our rescue countless times. Besides being customer focus and doing things for us that far exceed their responsibility, it has been a pleasure to work with both Will and David and get to know them better. We enjoy the relationship and appreciate their level of customer service. We were so fortunate to have both Will and David on our team.
