I dealt with Jessica Wilson in Barnes, finding her attentive, considerate and courteous in all her interactions with us. It's never easy being a go-between between two parties, but Jess did it with modesty and humour and was always constructive, which was all very welcome. The Chesterton systems also surprised me by being so up to date and effective, though I would say that some of their sub-contractors need to be whipped into shape a bit further. All in all, this was a great experience.
