The course structure is clearly laid out and explained. It is organised in such a way that at the end of the sessions you have the tools to be able to go out and achieve your goals independently. The process was great for my self-esteem and really got me thinking about all the possibilities and options open to me. I would highly recommend to anybody searching for help and inspiration not just in their career but in their life path.

Four incredibly insightful and eye-opening sessions which helped me gain much greater clarity in terms of my career aspirations. Rob was very competent, engaging and often challenged me in the best possible way. Sessions were well structured and each of them had a clear purpose. Loved the 'homework' and self-assessments, which confirmed many things I knew already but equally brought up things I haven't been aware of. I now have a much clearer idea of where I want my career to go and how to get there. I can definitely recommend Rob's service!
