I visited this caf in Barnes and was absolutely shocked by how rude and unpleasant the staff were. Amusing actually considering there are other cafs nearby with better reviews. I really encourage people to read the owner's responses to people's comments right here on Google - they are telling and speak volumes.

Unfriendly, unwelcoming and not a pleasure to visit. This type of behaviour happened to me in the past. I put it down as a bad day for the person serving me.visited again and the same attitude second time around.as you could have read form his first reply which he has now deleted and replaced with a comment about trip advisor . I have never used trip advisor and have not put a review up on it . great try to cover up your bad behaviour . Very clever but we see through your antics . Would have been better if you had apologised and tried to make things right but this arrogant attitude is unacceptable. I think you must have me mistaken with another unhappy customer as I have not visited your shop since the incident occurred a while back, and i am not married so I definitely think you have another disgruntled customer in mind . Too many to count it seems.
