        Food and atmosphere great but customer service appalling. Arrived, one waitress slogging away while other loudly chatted away socially to customer rather than serving waiting customers the one the waitress doing all the work suggested some help would be helpful. Food arrived with lazy waitress who went straight back to her social conversation, had to ask for my huge and nice sandwich to be cut in half, asked the waitress working while other chatted. Surprised prices quoted excluded VAT, misleading.
