This is what the gutter specialist fixing KRR's work wrote: "The small section of gutter was not long enough so a new section was fitted to the right length. The swan neck section of downpipe was missing a small section of downpipe and also was not glued. The downpipe was not vertical due to clips not being in line so had to refit clips in alignment". This is just one of many defects that KRR left behind - problems that could not be identified upfront. The gutter was poorly attached and joined, with a leak just above the entrance (!), and a vertical downpipe - haphazardly attached to the wall, and soon coming off. The business owner simply ignored a request to make good. Do not touch KRR with a barge pole.

Absolute b*llend driving a van OV71 UAM dangerously past Danson interchange, almost crashing and then shouting, swearing, threatening and getting out the van to approach my girlfriend driving. Hope you feel like a big man intimidating a woman. If thats how the employees of this company act while driving I dread to think how theyll act on the job. (All captured on dashcam)

Subpar craftsmanship, toxic attitude. Avoid like the plague. Absolute shambles. The company took four months (!) to re-render a facade, took the money and left, leaving behind a slew of defects, including a fairly large un-rendered area. The owner stopped communicating once issues were raised - refusing to even show up for the final inspection - and is now being sued. PS. If you decide to disregard this review and go ahead, have these points in mind. Once you pay the start-of-work deposit, the company has little incentive to hurry - think what you are going to do if days and weeks pass and work does not begin. (British weather provides a ready excuse - KRR do not cover the house when they work, so rain is always a risk). Do not hand over the rest of money until 100% of the work, including window cleaning and jet-washing, was delivered. (Both promised and not delivered in my case). You will be asked for money before scaffolding goes down, and scaffolding may obscure defects - so no money until scaffolding has gone down and you can see the whole wall. Subtle defects may only be seen in bright light, and some only after a rain. (I have a leak in the gutter just above the entrance door). Repeating myself once more - do not give them any money until you have inspected everything, and every contracted service has been delivered. Avoid being "played" by the business owner (who most likely will not show up at the site, as he juggles multiple projects) and his deputy actually working on your house, with the two pointing fingers at each other to avoid responsibility, and insist on a single point of communication.
