I had the most amazing back neck and shoulder massage by Stacey. I struggle to relax but her technique worked wonders and I could actually feel the tension released. I have tried a few places for massage but Longevity gets 10/10. Next one is soon.

Without a doubt, the best massage therapist I have ever had. I suffer from chronic muscle fatigue and hold all of my tension in my upper body. Stacey not only is so intuitive and can sense exactly where my bsck/neck/shoulders needs more attention. She can adjust to any pressure based on my needs for that week, and she doesn't shy away from checking in with how I'm feeling during the massage. Above all, Stacey is a fundamentally exquisite human being. You can tell her whole heart is in everything she is doing and, as a client in her care, you feel at the centre of it all. Her heated massage table is also AMAZING in this current cold weather spell! The massage room itself has recently refurbished (I didn't know you could improve on perfection!) and you really know you're working with a professional from start to finish. Thanks for all you do, Stacey- don't think I could be without you now!

I've been going to Longevity Holistic for Neck and back massage therapy for a few months now, as I have been suffering from severe muscle discomfort in the upper part of my body. Stacey fixed me right up. She is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and most of all makes sure you are relaxed. She can pinpoint exactly where to concentrate the massage, and give expert advice on how to maintain it at home. In these difficult times, she takes Covid precautions extremely seriously, which is deeply appreciated. I cannot recommend enough.
