        Does anyone in senior management ever take a few minutes to listen to their council telephone answer machine? The answer is NO. If they did they would realise what a poor piece of substanded equipment they had installed. The Council Tax payers deserve so much better.

        Would have given 0 stars if I could have. My Mum passed over 2 years ago. They have just sent a bill for carers. Rang them oh its end off the financial year, thats why its been picked up. There have been 3 end of financial years. It was so upsetting. SHAME ON YOU BEXLEY COUNCIL

        If I could give no stars I would. Worst council in London. Shame that they even exist. I emailed them in regards to my neighbours which did bonfire in their garden for 2 weekends in a row (cartoon boxes, rubber, plastic). Provided photos , time, date and all details. And the reply was keep monitoring. Is unacceptable as a council to dont care at all about the air pollution , and danger they we are pot in. SHAME.and uselles as a service
