Gave us the wrong food which is fine. You are allowed to make mistakes. Just say sorry and move on. The customer does not always want a refund or compensation. However the customers have to right to give feedback. You need a massive attitude fix up or this business will not go very far. #CustomerLost.

Trash customer service!!! Ordered chicken in pecking sauce and they gave me salt and pepper chicken pieces that were dry. Called to politely let them know about their mistake because I was ordering from them for almost a year and loved their chicken in pecking sauce, but the woman was so rude and tried to make me out to be a liar. I had no intention to ask for money back or anything, as the chef made a small mistake but she was not willing to hear a word I had to say. I used to drive 15 minutes past other shops to theirs, but needless to say this will be no more.
