Good thing they took over the B12 from Arriva as the buses that they used for it were uncomfortable and not pleasant to ride in. However, the 16 plated buses are very comfortable and pleasant to ride as well as the 60 and 13 plated vehicles but however the 13 plated vehicles do face abuse and sometimes aren't maintained properly as vandalism and littering is common on these vehicles but for whatever reason the 16 plated vehicles seem to be maintained better.
