        Every time I call Spencer out my hot tub gets new problems costing me more money. He is a pain to get hold of. Still has not fixed my problems and has now blocked my calls. Have reported to trading standards. If you use Ben or Spencer prepare to pay for nothing. Disgusting service.

        The WORST service. Forced to pay upfront for a clean and a floating cover. They came out, apparently had another issue. Promised to come back the next day. Nothing. Chased them for over a year... COWBOYS. DISHONEST. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
