I am absolutely delighted at the upgrade Star Cobblers carried out on my boots. I bought a pair of boots from eBay but the arch of my foot was too high to get the boots on. I asked a local cobbler to add a zip but they said it wasn't possible. I searched the internet and found Star Cobblers who did an amazingly professional job. I'm thrilled with the outcome. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

Excellent service - to the point that I had given up trying to get the shaft of my boots widened. Star Cobblers were amazing. I sent my boots to their shop in Co Durham, had a telephone chat and then . received my boots back. Beautifully altered with elastic inserts - done to perfection! I can now wear my boots. I don't normally post reviews, but the service received from Star Cobblers is simply the best. I have had two pairs of boots/trainers repaired where I have ruined the heels and the result has been amazing, which has saved replacements. A very fast turnaround and great workmanship. Thank you.

Brilliant. Adrian fixed up a pretty dead 25 year old pair of RM Williams, and they're now good to go. Very clever repairs to the the rips in the sides of the boots. Great service. Would recommend 100%
