We used Dave to carry out various works to a cottage we were converting into a holiday cottage. Dave carried out lots of internal building works, installed a log burner including supplying a fantastic oak lintel, fitted a kitchen and laid laminate flooring. All of Dave's work was of a very high standard. Dave always turned up when he said he was going to and always finished the job. I would not hesitate to use Dave for any future work we require.

Asked Dave to get the crowning glory for our woodburning stove and he delivered .Picked up a beautiful oak beam at a price that was significantly lower than any others advertised. Would have no qualms reccomending him to others. Thankyou

I have used D Sowersby Services on three occasions and have been totally happy with his work, his estimates have been realistic, time keeping very good, always giving a full days work and fully finishing the work to a high standard and at a reasonable cost. The work he has completed for me is a replacement fence, replacement of garden paving and removal and replacement of rotten garage roof supports.

We have a property developing business and have used D Sowersby Services on many occasions for all our EPC's, woodworming treatments of several houses, and any building work that we required. All the work has been done to an extremely high standard, done in the time frame and to the cost that has been quoted. I would high recommend using their services.
