        Avoid letting a property from this company. Their properties are poor standard. Had mould constantly that was unhealthy and they didn't fix it in almost 3 years. They evicted me for complaining. Now trying to keep my deposit for wear and tear on the property.

        Had a couple of dealings with the BC office in the past, depending on the staff member depends on service. Emailed 10 days ago to request a viewing not even an acknowledgment. Same route I have contacted them before and did get a response.
