s a person that lives in Cornwall (far edge of the country, on a Bank Holiday, after the weekend), I was very worried that my test-kit and test results will arrive late and I won't be able to catch a flight back to my country for vacation...I want to give a HUGE applause to the lab workers that work 24 hours a day the whole week for our sake!! 1) The test-kit arrived on time (the next day, 4hours earlier than expected) 2) The instructions were easy to follow 3) 7 hours after the parcel arrived to their labs and I had my results! I'm so glad and relieved! Thank you!! (in case this wasn't obvious, I ordered a COVID-19 PCR SWAB TEST & CERTIFICATE )

Doing an antigen test on line was not straight forward and doesn't allow for bad network connection arising. It was a complete waste of time and money. Response to my complaint was via a generated email without any empathy.

There are cheaper and more reliable testers out there. Save your time and money away from this lot.

Beware! two days running paid for PCR test for travel. Both times came back as "unclear" (what are the chances). Nearly missed flight, luckily found another testing centre for a same day antigen test. shock horror negative. As such Assured screening has robbed us for over 100.

I successfully used this company on a couple of occasions in the past. Last time however all went completely wrong. First of all, the kit arrived with no extraction tube, so that I had to use one from another kit. Second, both automated and manual submissions failed. Moreover, it was impossible to contact the customer support. And of course, after submitting the complain, I was told it had all been my own fault. Terrible service.
