My wife visited the haberdashery department on two consecutive days and was served on both occasions by the same lady. This assistant was abrup, rude and no please" can I help you", or" thank you" after the transactions. We felt as though we as customers were hinderous to her role.
Perhaps she needs some tuition in customer relations, or if she is unhappy in her job, look for something elsewhere. She is doing nothing to support the role of the other excellent staff in the shop.
