        Gutted I can't give them a -. Been given several different times as to when my wife and daughters results actually reach the lab, but this was too late for them and they missed their flight. Had numerous emails from them never admitting their mistake. An now in the process for claiming money back and taking it further.

        Would give 0 stars if could. I received my pack through for 2 day return to UK test. It advised that I needed to activate. entered my DOB as shown on instructions DD/MM/YYYY and my barcode. It came up invalid date? When I asked web chat its automated service saying DOB needs to be entered without the /. When I take out the / it is telling me invalid date? Still waiting for customer service human to get back to me. Dreadful!!! Could have gone with a cheaper Company

        SHAM SHAM DO NOT USE, will be taking legal action to recover loss of over 10,000 as they promised my wifes test would arrive and never did resulting in lost holiday to DUBAI DO NOT USE this company needs closed down !!!!

        1 star is far to good! Should be able to minus stars. Tried to contact via email and voicemail numerous times with zero response. Happy to take my money but not respectful to reply to paying customers queries!! Avoid avoid avoid!
