        Previous reviews had said they popped in to get beers. We went today and the sign said only Friday opening but door to quaker yard open. Walked through and saw a sign beer shop open. However someone popped out to say their licenced to only sell in Friday. Such a shame visiting the area hoping to buy some locally brewed beer. No offer of where we could buy in a local shop either. Barnard castle town not too big so only their for a short time. Overall wasn't worth the time and effort.

        Popped in to collect an order on my way through barnard castle ..... wow ... cracking set up with more to come from these guys. Very friendly people to deal with and cant wait for the tap room to open. Cannot recommend this place enough.
