Bought a PV4 for my 2021 Fat Boy as Id fitted some big radius pipes and of course a remap was necessary. Had a small niggle where the engine check light wouldnt go out due to O2 sensors removed. Sent request and Scott sent directly to my PV4 a custom tune, now perfect. Great customer service and a product that delivers, huge thanks.

Genuinely stunned how good these guys are. I bought a used bike with a PCFC already fitted but I didn't have any idea which tuning map was selected, what was on there, and had no idea how to use it. Richard spent time taking me through it all and even emailed me standard maps specific for my bike and pipe with baffle in and out and talked me through downloading them to the bike. I'm buzzing Spending time helping people out for no financial gain - a great company who I would defnitely use for any future purchases or tuning work. Thank you!

Is only the second time bringing my bike here, they are totally professional and friendly. The waiting room is a condos place to relax and have a brew or you could sit outside on the bench overlooking the lake, they do a great job with the bike and its the only place I'd ever take it for any future tuning.
