David has been my broker for a number of years and I thought it was about time I shared how happy I have been with his services. Most recently David helped me and my partner buy our dream house as well as keep out old house as a buy to let, and we wouldnt be here without David's expertise and dedication! David went above and beyond and got us the borrowing amount we needed at an affordable rate, and was very good at putting me at ease by translating technical terms into English and helping me understand the differences between each of the options in front of us. David was thorough, responsive, fast, and efficient and I couldnt recommend him more highly!

I had some difficulty remortgaging my property with the current climate (late 2020), struggling to even get a fair valuation done on my property without it going to cost me, so I approached Derngate wealth management. David understood the situation and with his knowledge and resources secured me a straight forward no hassle mortgage that I was happy with. I was extremely busy with my current work and David had the patience and consideration to keep communication open. I will be using this service again and again from now on.
