Used a few times before and they were ok. Recently they came out to investigate a leaking shower lever, a leaking shower hose and a faulty radiator valve. All fixable we were told and they would order parts in and come back to fit soon. They then wanted paying for the investigative work which I thought was strange as only usually pay on completion of the job but we paid anyway as wed used them before and they were fine. Several weeks later despite constant calls to them weve heard nothing from them (they never answer the phone) and our shower is leaking more than ever wasting a lot of water. Finally they answer the phone and we are told they cant get the parts after all. We asked for a full refund which we are now waiting for. Awful service. They want money up front for jobs they cant complete. Non responsive. Avoid. Service: Shower repair

Rude drivers sticking fingers up at other motorists! [Update] In response to reply I would suggest you speak to your drivers and find the offensive member of staff rather than lie and pretend it didn't happen.
