Bought an expensive Snow foam 2 years ago as part of my regular orders. Didn't work and Mark just advised me to clean it out, even though it was brand new! It was patchy at best but having never used one before I had no idea just how bad it was until I saw what they were supposed to do. Never got the offer of a replacement and Mark seemed disinterested. Started taking my business elsewhere. Informed Mark but he never replied to my mail until I left poor feedback on his site. Immediate response can you believe it! Naturally he won't publish the feedback. Anyway, if you want a snow foam, the ones on this site are useless. Just buy another brand like AutoBrite or ProKleen. these work.

Bought clay bar to detail my car for the first time. Price was very reasonable and item was quickly delivered. Clay got a lot of dirt off the paintwork that I couldn't see before.

Bought Zymol bottle to use with my Zymol Strik engine cleaner ,7 days now and still nothing , another shop claims to have stock, and just makes you wait for your item , I get items further a field in less time , come on its an empty spritzizer container, not like its heavy or full of liquid. Dreadful service not even an email to say for the delay , buy from a different shop , and I was hoping Id found another shop to use for my detailing my cars, Ill just stick with the shop I use now . Now wait for their lame excuses, if I was happy I wouldnt be writing this .
