SUP With Us

I attended a lesson with Helen today as a total beginner to paddleboarding. Helen was a fantastic teacher and we all managed to stand up on our board within 5 minutes of being on the water. Very knowledgeable and friendly and Helen was able to give us some fantastic tips for any future paddleboarding. Definitely recommend!

My wife and I have just enjoyed a brilliant two hours on the Medway at Teston. Clear guidance and useful info from Helen. It will make a real difference to our future SUP sessions. Really pleased to have found such a great teacher, she was encouraging for an anxious beginner, and taught me a lot of new things. Highly recommended

I had my first lesson with Helen at Teston over the Easter weekend and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I feel as though I learnt a lot in the 2 hour lesson! Definitely book in a lesson with Helen if you are considering getting into paddle boarding :).

Had a lesson for my birthday and had a fab time. Helen is very professional and looks after you, not just supplying the board but also the wetsuit and quick release belt for your board harness! Its great to learn a new sport and was great fun doing it. Thanks Helen!

Just had the most fantastic, fun 2 hour session for beginners with Steve who is taking the lessons for Helen while she is away in Croatia. He was very patient, encouraging and built up the lesson in stages. What a brilliant way to spend a Sunday afternoon and a positive maiden voyage for me and my board. Thank you, Steve
