Hello everyone, Im anju chand and I have been worked with Bluebird care gravesend and here Im going to share my experience. From the date of my assessment, interview, training and joining date with bluebird care was seriously an amazing experience. The staff members are really cooperative and understanding as while working with them nobody feel like they are just staff they are more than family. I gone through lots of learning with them as Im type of person who comes with lots of questions and the way they give you solutions and helps you on every inch its seriously wonderful. I seriously thankful to Mrs. Liz Farrington and other staff member who helped me a lot and gave me a chance to learn lots of things as when I started with them I was really under confidence and they way they taught me the things I can see myself that totally turns up as I learnt a lot.. they are not just give you a chance to earn but they also helps in personal development. Now Im fully confident and have guts to deal with any situation fearlessly with confidence which is helping me to get my further achievements in life. Hats off to the all bluebirds members and a big thanks for your understanding and your appreciation and your cooperation with me.

If I could give them zero stars I would, I understand there is somewhat of a care crisis at the moment, but it's Bluebirds lack of communication I have a problem with. Carer was supposed to come between 8.30 and 9.00 am, but mostly they turned up between 10 and 11 which wasn't that great for my father who couldn't get out of bed unaided. Then 2 days before Christmas, we get told that there will be no carers available until 11th of January. We have managed to find another carer for next week but the lack of care and empathy from Bluebird had been shocking.
