        Phoned to update medical status, Gentleman on phone, was not very useful at all. We had to repeat over a dozen times all our information, we were not able to just give a update. On the phone for over 30 minute. Unbelieveable incompetent . Did not help his English was terrible. Cannot believe we are having to explain nearly a dozen times. . Will NEVER use this company again and will be complaining to hays who sold us this policy.

        Cowboys of the biggest order, cant contact then leave messages not returning them . But they were very quick taking the money. Stay away from this company and loveholidays should stop selling insurance in their behalf.
