        My SPM1200c amplifier must be 25 years old and it failed. Chord took the amplifier in to service, repaired and restored. Impressive in terms of initial longevity and also support. I hate companies that take failure as an opportunity to sell. Great product, great service. Thank you.

        I am using the online form to contact you regarding a faulty preamp, sent it twice alreadyyou say on the website that you aim to respond in 48 hours, but its been almost two months and nobody bothered to reply or contact me. Lousy customer service!
