Very poor company had install booked on 6th April, didn't turn up so cancelled. Still waiting for refund, was with Klarna which means they have to transmit a refund request. They are not bothering, so Klarna aren't either. My car is now flat so hired a car and claiming costs from ombudsman complaint. Please be very wary of both companies.

should be minus!, look at the low star results. They are the benchmark for this company, we all have similar stories I am sure. I believe they try but are just hopeless and have no real regard for customers, its all about them.

Incomplete installation, re-quoted an additional fee to complete the job whilst onsite, arrived without the relevant equipment no detector to check for cables before drilling, asked if we had polyfilla which we provided and was applied in a appalling manner. When raising the issues with the "team" we were given fake responses from so called directors, on further investigation of the company, the one registered director was the installer themselves. Have requested cancelation of the job and put right mess they left behind, however they won't even process a refund for the fully boxed unopened EV Charger. Hard to explain just how incompetent the business is, photo's are attached to see a wider experience. Update to this review - Since the company collected the unit they messaged to say a refund had been processed, 5 working days later still no refund had appeared chased a refund receipt via email and SMS no response from the company. Do stay well clear, I fear i'll end up in small claims court, already had the cost to repair the damage they caused to the property, never mind the time wasted on chasing these crooks. The experience that keeps on giving, have requested a refund receipt on numerous occasions as the company claims to have refunded me, no refund has arrived with my bank and instead of a receipt I'm getting strange screenshots and print outs of the business transactions to the payment merchant, unsure whether its incompetence or intentional deception either way more than a month after parting with 700 I've got no refund, no charger and a job that was never completed.
