DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! Theyre rude & dismissive to their staff, make you screenshot your most used apps after your 12hr shift (invasion of privacy) make change your shifts last minute & then expect you to change your plans for them, management is clueless one says one thing & the other says another, they also have a problem of favouritism or maybe just racism when it comes to shifts, who knows?. The level of unprofessionalism thats going on with this company is genuinely baffling. They are completely inconsistent with shifts and time management and utterly dismissive to what explanation you have got to provide. It is entirely dishonest and disrespectful. As you can imagine it is completely frustrating when you are working hard for very little respect from the company.

First Class Exceptional Jodie, Phil, & Abi (the driver) We can't Express how FANTASTIC ACE, & AMAZING they were They were constantly laughing, cheerful, bubbly & entertained us with talking in German Seriously These Guy's They made our Heartbreaking Situation full off fun & Laughter. Even though they must have been Exhausted it was 11pm at night when they did our transfer. They had been on the road since 6.30am & were SO SO HAPPY going the extra mile to make sure me and my hubby got in our car s to Stoke to Stafford. Staffordand they waited NEVER felt rushed Royal Stoke hospital should use these again as we haven't stopped telling EVERYONE how AMAZING this company ARE Jodie Phil and Abi are The ATeam Thanks Yiou SO much. Xx

Really exceptional and professional service received from todays transport of a patient. Really professional and efficient team. Very well organised and remained very friendly towards young person we were transferring. Felt incredibly safe and comfortable with the staff. Special thanks to Jo, Liam and Phil. Apologies as I forgot the fourth persons name. However, they were all very professional and a well experienced team.

I hope their care is better than their driving. The driver cut us up and nearly caused a crash on the A64 in York.
