shambles from start to finish, how they can call it a spa ive no idea. never been anywhere where ive had to get changed in the toilets before. OUTRAGEOUS!!! the worse set up ive ever experienced. save your money an go elsewhere.

After months without a break my husband and I finally booked a day off and booked the Klasse together time for 2. What a lovely experience. If ever you want to spend a relaxing day with a friend or partner then this is a wonderful day to book. Not only did we have fantastic treatments and time together but simply the best facial I think I have ever had. We also enjoyed a fabulous fruit platter whilst I had a little extra treatment of a manicure. We left the building feeling like we'd had a little holiday, refreshed and ready to go back to work. Thanks to all the staff at Klasse for making a much needed day off so delightful.

What a fabulous place!! I received an offer leaflet through my door offering 5 different treatments for only 1p for the first and only 10 for additional treatments. I chose the deep tissue massage (worth 45), registered on online, and received a confirmation email a few days later. Booking an appt was easy, and it was very easy to find. Admittedly, it doesn't look like a spa from the outside, but as soon as you enter, you are instantly immersed in spa life! All the staff were friendly, the waiting area clean and calming (easy music, gorgeous candles) and drinks were offered. My therapist arrived a few moments later and escorted me upstairs to a lovely massage room, complete with shower, sink, and a ceiling with lights to resemble stars! My therapist was extremely nice and my massage thorough and she spoke of the different treatments they do, and even offered to show me around the Rasul Eqyptian Mud Chamber and the sauna, which obviously I took up!! Everything was clean and most definitely tempting!! On paying, I booked in for another massage this time for 10 to go with the offer and they gave me more 1p leaflets to take my work for others to enjoy this fabulous spa. I highly recommend this spa. Go, go, go!!

The Klasse Hair Salon used to be good - its not now!! Give the 'hairdresser' a miss!!!! I've had my hair cut here before by Rachel and had several treatments, all very good. However on Friday 22/2/2012 I had an appointment with Pip for a wash, cut and colour. Unfortunately she messed up the colour quite badly - but because she would not dry it I didn't notice how bad it was till later. I went back to see if it could be put right and I was treated very, very badly and completely humiliated which resulted in me putting forward a complaint. They haven't taken me seriously as I'm still waiting to hear from the owner/manager. You'd expect better from Tesco never mind Klasse.
