Wanted to place a small order that was under a fiver for delivery to my work place so I called and asked if there was a minimum order/delivery charge, I got told there was no minimum order and the delivery charge was 1.99 which is fair so I called back to place the order which another women come on the phone and said is that it I said yes and she said but theres a 10 minimum order I said the lady before told me there wasnt and it was only 1.99 so she said the girl you spoke to before works in the kitchen so she wouldnt know the women went on and asked the manager about this and he said we would have to pay 3 delivery, bare in mind it was a 1 minute drive 0.4 miles. I said okay yes Id still like to place the order, can I have it for 1pm please (it was 12pm when I called) and the women laughed and shouted to someone and they want it for 1pm. I cant believe how rude the customer service was, my colleagues heard and asked me to call back to cancel the order because of how I had been spoken to. Will never be phoning to place an order again. Disgusting service.

Ordered here for the first time last weekend. We all really enjoyed the food. Every component of the breakfasts could not be faulted. Will definitely be ordering again

There was egg shell in the egg roll, about 4 massive chunks of egg shell. Disappointing that care wasnt taken in regards to this. Also my panini is normally wrapped in like a baking white paper that wont tear or rip, this time it was wrapped in tin foil which stuck all the panini and was impossible to get it off and was unable to eat both. I did talk the owner about this which I got a refund via cash after I asked for a refund for these two items, ordered a bacon and sausage roll with it these that was fine. The cold drinks which was a costa latte in a can and tasted not nice and had a strong chemical taste not the usual costa standard, not the shops fault. but these need to be looked at, the price of both drinks was really expensive. 3.50 for a coffee in a can from costa is to much. & 2.95 for Sanpellegrino orange is far to expensive. I understands the cost of living but this is to far in an increase. Disappointing order today. Thankyou for the refund. on two items of my order (cheese &mushroom panini & egg roll)
