If I could give a minus star for staff friendliness I would, all staff stood gossiping behind the till with no thought for an elderly gentleman shopper. Offhand, dismissive even looking down their noses at this gent when he was being nice. Ladies you are in the wrong job, I cannot say how disrespectful & abhorrent your behaviour was. Horrible experience , I doubt whether that gentleman will return I know I won't, overpriced with under-performing ignorant staff - will not be spending any more with this company.

Store inside Dobbies . Clothing and accessorie shop catering for both men and women. Store seemed spacious and clean. I thought the clothing was aimed at the older customer but they did have some Regatta clothing and nice mens jumpers.

Nice medium sized store. Easy and pleasant to use and the staff are friendly and helpful. Usually not overcrowded. This store in Dobbie's centre is now back to pre covid conditions. Still a nice place for a browse around and has some good prices at sale times.

Staff were no wearing any sort of face covering even though it is a legal requirement.

Well set out shop floor and competitive prices. I usually find something that suits me. I like the colour co-ordinated displays . Never had a problem with the staff but I can see some might.
