Contacted the company and left messages a few times, no one bothers to acknowledge your call or even answer the phone, the company seem happy to take your money but not very helpful when problem with what you have bought

This company has the best customer service that I have ever encountered. I have had the pleasure to buy a number of ladies designer leather handbags from them.
