Contracted by my insurance company after a water leak and came up with a very thorough and comprehensive schedule of work to fix all the damage caused. So far have only completed around 50% - 60% of the work and have used every excuse under the sun to try to get out of completing the rest of the scheduled work. Most of the work completed to a poor standard and are now trying to bodge up and patch up work that has not been done properly in the first place. Despite not completing the work they have tried to claim 100% of the money from the insurance company for all of the scheduled work. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, avoid at all costs. Fantastic service from start to finish. Glen Simpson came out to our property to assess damage after we had a burglary. He arrived onetime and appointed their decorator Glen Nattriss. Glen arrived Monday morning and told me here would be here a week and true to his word completed the work today. I cannot praise him and Gelder Group enough. Myself and my wife are thrilled with the quality of work carried out by Glen, a true craftsman. Service: Paint indoors
