This store is what customer service is all about. Wether it is over the phone regarding help with hermes parcels or in-store with a vast array of product. Got everything i needed didnt have to go to morrisons. The charasmatic young gent who served me, was informative, helpful and great at sell through. Didnt get his name but he had lovely curly hair. Worked in retail management for years pleasure to shop there.

Excellent, polite ,helpful . Managed to purchase a bottle of Jack Daniels Rye whisky that many retailers say is unavailable in the U.K. Ideal for shopping if cruising the canal as is the excellent butcher next door.

What a fantastic shop. Best Ive ever been in. The most helpful, friendly member of staff. Tidy well stocked shop and I even had the door opened for me when I left. Wow!
